The registration fee includes 10% Good and Services Tax (GST) which may be able to be claimed by registered Australian businesses as an Input Tax Credit (ITC). A tax invoice will be forwarded to all Australian delegates on receipt of a completed registration form.

Registration Entitlements

Fulltime registration includes session admission, PWM sessions, Welcoming Reception, daily lunch and morning and afternoon tea, Music Recital, Conference Dinner, Awards Luncheon, the conference handbook, conference proceedings on CD and a satchel containing conference material. Delegates may purchase the conference proceedings in book format for AUD$120 through the registration form. Click here for more information on delegate social functions

Student fulltime registration includes session admission, PWM sessions, morning and afternoon tea, the conference handbook and a satchel containing conference material. Students may purchase tickets for social functions at additional cost. Students must provide evidence of fulltime student status from their university administration. This must be attached to the completed registration form.

One day registration includes session admission, PWM sessions (Tuesday only) morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the day of attendance, the conference handbook, conference proceedings on CD and a satchel containing conference material. Day registration does not include any evening functions.

Partner registration includes a satchel and one ticket to the Welcoming Reception, Partner's Meet and Greet, Monday morning tea and the Music Recital. Click here for more partner functions.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing. Cancellations made before 30 April 2002 will be refunded less 25% to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person prior to 23 May 2002 without incurring any cost penalty. Registration transfers after 23 May 2002 will incur a AUD$20 fee. The conference secretariat must be advised of any alterations or transfers in writing.

The conference reserves the right to cancel the optional social functions and partners' tours if minimum numbers are not reached. Regrettably, optional social functions and partners' program tickets will not be refunded if participation is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the activity.
