ESREF participants are requested to book hotel rooms individually via internet. Hotel rooms in different price categories can be booked online by the Zurich Tourist Office at http://www.zuerich.com. On this site you will find a list of available hotels with a short description and pricing.

Please, notice that the Conference takes place in the historical building of the ETH located at Rämistrasse 101, in Zurich downtown.

To book a hotel by phone/fax/e-mail the following information is required:
  • arrival and departure date
  • number of people
  • room category (single, double, ... room)
  • preferred location (city, airport, ...)
  • hotel cathegory (*, **, ***, **** or *****)
  • budget per person/night
  • will you arrive by car?
  • the guest's full adress, phone number and fax or e-mail adress
  • credit card details
