Registration includes: 3 lunches, dinner on Tuesday, 1 copy of the Proceedings and admission to technical sessions, poster session, evening workshop, exhibits, and vendor workshops. CD-ROM version of Proceedings is available for $30.00 each.
Paying at the door: Exact change, check or credit card only.
Cancellation fee: Cancellations must be made prior to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, March 9, 2001 to receive a full refund. Later requests subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
