Please send the General Secretary a 500 words abstract written in French or English. The following information must appear on the first page of your document : 
  • paper title,  
  • author's name and affiliation (please identify corresponding author),  
  • mailing address,  
  • telephone number, fax number, e-mail address,  
  • conference topic most appropriate for the suggested paper. 
Two paper copies of the abstract are required if transmitted by postal mail. However, authors are encouraged to submit their abstract in PDF format through e-mail to the following address: mlavoie@ele.etsmtl.ca. 

It is a conference requirement that full articles be written in English. All papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Final paper length will be limited to 6 pages. Detailed information for paper presentation will be sent together with notification of acceptance.

The conference being international, presentations and conference activities will be conducted in the English language.
