WORKSHOPS

Three ESREF 2001 workshops will be organised. Participation is free for the conference attendees. These workshops will be devoted to :

 

1st European Failure Analysis Network ” in conjunction with European EDFAS membership meeting, on Wednesday, October 3.

Moderators:         Christian BOIT (Infineon Technologies – Germany, Christian.Boit@infineon.com)

Philippe PERDU (CNES – France, Philippe.Perdu@cnes.fr).

 

This workshop will trigger an information exchange network for the European Failure Analysis community. It offers the chance to create an acting community that all the European national and international organizations contribute and all F/A individuals or laboratories can communicate their needs.

This debate will be started by a panel, followed by a discussion about the most urgent action items. Expected results are a mailing list, a joint web site project, the start of new work- or user groups and follow-ups on a regular basis.

The 5th European FIB Users Group Meeting, EFUG2001, will be held at the Palais des Congrès of Arcachon on Monday, October 1, the day before the opening of ESREF 2001.
