The exhibition will be along the covered street leading in one end from the library, where computers will be available to participants in free service and where participants will be allowed to work with their own computers, to the restaurant in the other end. The conference auditorium is situated in between and the exhibition booths will be just in front of the auditorium (only on one side). Participants will have the opportunity to glance at the booths at any time and, in particular during the coffee breaks (two a day).

The booths will have a surface of 6 m2, will be separated by vertical walls of 2,50 m height and will have the exhibitors name, 2 lights of 100 W, two 220 V-16A electric plugs, one table, two chairs and a brochures display stand.

The price of each booth is 1 200 Euros (taxes included).
