Submitting abstracts

The authors are requested to send a two page extended abstract including the key elements of the research. The abstract contains the definition of the problem, the description of the solution method and the main goals reached. The discussion and conclusions part finalizes the abstract.

The abstract should be converted and submitted as a pdf file (Portable Document Format).

The final paper will have six pages in the format described in the template. The template for Microsoft Word is provided.

The submissions will be done online. The system will be provided on this page by 15th of January. Further details on submitting the paper will be given then.

Presentations

Two presentations will be given from each accepted paper. First, the accepted papers are allocated to oral sessions according to the sessions topics. Then, the authors have a possibility to present a poster and thus discuss the topic further during the poster sessions within coffee breaks.

The poster stands are provided with the attachment equipment like tape and/or pins.
