Abstract :
Describes an electronic stress screening arrangement from Interpro
company, for full load and overload cycling of power supply circuits. The
system can be re-configured on line. Remote control is via the VXI or IEEE
488 or Micro-Series bus. A burn-in configuration is described and the
parameters controlled are listed. Claims that power supply failures can be
reduced from 10% to 0.5% in the field.
